Class Cancellations:
We strive to uphold all scheduled classes, but occasionally low enrollment may lead to cancellations. In such cases, students will receive a full refund.
Weather-related cancellations align with the Monomoy Regional School District's closures. After a snowstorm, morning classes are cancelled, with afternoon classes resuming. Students should exercise caution and contact the office for assistance if needed.
Instructors will make every effort to schedule makeup classes. If not feasible, we'll offer class credit.
Student Withdrawal:
We understand that circumstances may necessitate student withdrawal. If a student cancels seven days before the first class, a full refund will be issued, minus a 10% administrative fee.
Non-refunded payments and associated fees will be allocated to our scholarship fund.
Card to Culture
We are proud to participate in Mass Cultural Council's Card to Culture program, in collaboration with the Department of Transitional Assistance, the Women, Infants & Children (WIC) Nutrition Program, and the Massachusetts Health Connector, by broadening accessibility to cultural programming. EBT and WIC cardholders can receive 50% off adult and children’s classes. Not eligible for workshops. Gallery admission is always free.
